REFUND POLICY

Next Step Online Services Pty Ltd offers a conditional money back guarantee on Silver, Gold and Platinum services.

To request a refund please email us through the contact us page.  Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Refund must be requested within 7 calendar days of purchase.
  • You must provide us with your Next Step account number
  • You must provide a reasonable and valid reason for wanting a refund so that we can improve our products and service for other customers.
  • Refunds can only be returned into the account by which you paid (for example, money will be returned to the same credit card on which you paid for the services).
  • Refunds are limited to the amount paid to Next Step Online Services and no more
  • We will not refund money based on false or fraudulent claims
  • Refunds do not include any postage, freight or ancillary charges or costs you may have incurred in using our services.
  • Money back guarantee does not cover duplicate claims made through other resolution methods.
  • Platinum service – all forms received by post from Next Step Online Services must be returned via post to our office before refund can be processed. Return postage cost is at customer’s expense. Refund will be limited to cost of platinum service minus the cost of printing, stationery and postage sending you hard copy forms.
  • We will endeavour to process your refund request as soon as possible but please allow up to 30 days from date of refund approval to receive your refund.
  • Proof of purchase is required

These refund terms exclude refunds for faulty products or services. Refunds for faulty products and services will be handled in accordance with the stipulations of the Office of Fair Trading Qld.
